Quickly connect fittings to a pre-set position. Quickly connect your rig to a fixed position. Tapered lock means ropes stay put under no-load. Knots along the rope allow a number of fixed positions to be quickly rigged or changed.
Made from 3mm diameter stainless steel. Strength tested for high loads. Ideal with 3 to 4mm coreless ropes.
if you have anything that you need to connect and disconnect quickly or often, or adjust to set lengths and don’t want to be tying and untying knots all the tie and can use 3 or 4mm dyneema directly or as a tail, these are brilliant.
we have used these for laser cunningham and outhaul (mast end block for easy derig without unthreading), hurricane cunningham tail, trapeze connectors, hornet spinnaker pole controls and contender centreboard controls to name but a few.
